No User Data is Stored

PingTesti.com places great importance on user privacy and does not store any personal data or user information. When using our site:

  • There is no registration or membership system
  • Your test results are not stored on our servers
  • Your IP address, location information or personal information is not recorded
  • Your test history or usage habits are not tracked
  • Cookies or similar tracking technologies are not used
Temporary RAM Data

During testing, only the following data is kept temporarily in RAM memory:

  • Packet information sent and received for ping test
  • Latency and jitter values
  • Packet loss rates
  • WebRTC connection data used during the test

Important: This data is only kept in RAM during the test and is automatically deleted when the test is completed. It is never written to any permanent storage (hard disk, database, etc.).

Republic of Turkey KVKK Compliance

PingTesti.com operates in full compliance with Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data (KVKK).

Since our site does not collect, process or store any personal data, it does not fall within the scope of KVKK's data controller obligations. Therefore:

  • Data registry system (VERBİS) registration is not required
  • There is no obligation to obtain explicit consent
  • It is not necessary to keep a personal data inventory
  • There is no obligation to create a data processing policy
  • Users' data deletion requests are not applicable (because no data is stored)
User Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, data subjects have certain rights. However, since PingTesti.com does not store any personal data:

  • There is no data to delete
  • No record is kept to correct
  • There is no data repository to examine
  • No information is stored that can be transferred

Client-Server Communication

PingTesti.com works by establishing a direct connection between the user's browser (client) and the server:

  • Connection Setup: Your browser connects to our server using WebRTC technology
  • Starting the Test: Test packets are sent according to the specified parameters (packet size, frequency, duration)
  • Data Processing: The server processes incoming packets in RAM and sends a response
  • Result Calculation: Ping, jitter and packet loss values are calculated in real time
  • Data Cleanup: All temporary data is automatically deleted from RAM when the test is finished

WebRTC and UDP Protocol: The WebRTC DataChannel technology used during tests establishes a peer-to-peer connection over the UDP protocol. This way, your data is transmitted directly between your browser and the server and is not transferred to third parties.

Client-Side Processing

Test results and graphs are created entirely in your browser (client-side):

  • Test data is processed with JavaScript
  • Graphs are visualized in your browser
  • CSV, TXT, JSON export operations are done locally
  • No data is sent back to the server

Cookie Usage

PingTesti.com does not use cookies.

  • No cookies are created in your browser
  • Session information is not stored
  • User preferences are not saved
  • Tracking cookies are not present
Analytics Tools

Currently no analytics tools are being used. There are no user tracking systems such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or similar.

If anonymous analytics tools are used in the future to understand site traffic, this privacy policy will be updated and users will be informed.

Ad Networks

There are no ads on PingTesti.com. Therefore, there are no third-party advertising networks or tracking systems.

Connection Security

PingTesti.com uses modern technologies for secure communication:

  • HTTPS: All site traffic is protected with SSL/TLS encryption
  • WebRTC Encryption: Test data is transmitted through encrypted UDP channel
  • Secure WebSocket: WSS (WebSocket Secure) is used for signaling
Server Security

Our servers are configured in accordance with security standards:

  • Regular security updates are performed
  • Firewall protection is active
  • Measures are taken against DDoS attacks
  • Log records do not contain personal information and are cleaned regularly
Anonymous Usage

Our site is completely open to anonymous use:

  • You do not need to create an account
  • Email or phone number is not requested
  • There is no authentication system
  • No user profile is created

Are my test results stored?

No, your test results are not stored on our servers in any way. All data is kept temporarily in RAM during the test and is automatically deleted when the test is finished. You can download the results you want to your own device in CSV, TXT or JSON format.

Is my IP address recorded?

Your IP address is technically used for communication during the test process, but it is not logged, recorded or stored in any way. This information also disappears when the test is completed. We leave no trace.

Is my data safe?

Your data is in the safest place: nowhere! Because we don't store any data. All data used during the test process is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS, WebRTC) and processed temporarily. No permanent records are kept.
